We have been providing NERC CIP Services even before the CIP Standards were approved.  In fact, we performed assessments against the voluntary Standard Urgent Action 1200, in 2003.

We are an active and participating member of NERC CIP Risk Assessment Group - We play an active role in drafting the NERC CIP-002 Critical Asset Identification Guideline.

We provide IT and Control System Network Operations and Administration for the largest investor owned SEC reporting Transmission Owner and Operator in the United States.

We were founded in 2003 by a former Senior Manager from Big Four Public Accounting/Security Consulting Firms.  Our specialization crosses all aspects of information security and IT internal controls.

We are headquartered in Rochester, MI with offices in RFC and WECC Regional Reliability Regions.

We are experienced with performing independent and internal audits and designing regulatory compliance programs with NERC CIP (including previous Urgent Action 1200 and 1300 Standards), HIPPA (health information privacy), Graam-Leach-Blily Act (protection of non-public personal information), Sarbanes Oxley SOX, FDICIA (Independent Annual Audits of Insured Depository Institutions), PCI (Payment Card Industry), SAS70 (service auditor’s reports), and others.

We bring over 18 years of Big Four Pubic Accounting Firm’ Auditing and Security Consulting Experiences.  Approximately 50 years of combined IT Security, IT Operations, Risk, Legal, and Compliance Management Experience within our Senior Management Team.
